Beginners to advanced, I mix traditional pilates with a sporty twist.
I teach all levels of Pilates and am particularly interested in how Pilates can complement and be beneficial to other types of sports. I believe that exercise should be informative, educational and most of all fun. I understand the particular cross-training needs of runners, cyclists and triathletes. My classes mix traditional Pilates with a sporty twist, and incorporate a particular emphasis on strengthening and stretching areas that are used in running.
